Building Skills for a Better Future
Our Skill Development Project equips unemployed youth with practical, market-ready vocational skills. We run structured training batches covering digital literacy, basic computer skills, data entry, and other in-demand competencies. The program is designed to take someone with little to no technical background and transform them into a confident, job-ready individual within a few weeks. Each batch accommodates 50+ students, and our placement support helps graduates find employment quickly after training. For many of our students, this program marks the transition from daily struggle to financial stability.

Women Empowerment & Livelihood
Enabling Women Towards Financial Independence
Through our Women Empowerment and Livelihood Project, we help women from underprivileged backgrounds gain financial independence and social dignity. We facilitate Self-Help Groups (SHGs) where women come together to save, support each other, and access micro-finance. Our skill training programs cover handicrafts, knitting, stitching, and other home-based income activities. Women who complete training go on to sell their products independently or through cooperative channels. Beyond income, the program builds community, confidence, and a network of mutual support among women who were previously isolated or dependent.

Pilgrimage Tours

For many elderly and underprivileged individuals, a pilgrimage is a lifelong dream that remains unfulfilled due to financial constraints, physical limitations, or lack of support. Arushi Sewa Sansthan organises meaningful spiritual journeys and pilgrimage tours, making this dream a reality. We handle all logistics — transportation, accommodation, meals, and safety — so that our beneficiaries can focus entirely on the spiritual experience. These tours bring immense joy, peace, and a sense of fulfillment to senior citizens who have given so much of their lives in service and sacrifice, and now deserve to receive care and celebration in return.
